Inn Rooms Cancellation Policy

Deposit Policy

All reservations must be secured with a credit card number or a deposit. This deposit should be one half (1/2) the expected total billing and should be received 15 days following your room request.

We reserve the right to cancel any reservations with invalid credit card information. Please make sure we have your most current credit card information.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation must be received at least 4 days in advance to ensure return of deposit.
You will be billed 50% of the total booking amount if a cancellation is received 2-4 days in advance of your booked arrival date.

YOU WILL BE BILLED 100% OF THE TOTAL BOOKING AMOUNT
IF A CANCELLATION IS RECEIVED LESS THAN 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE.

Note: If there is a group reservation for 3 to 4 rooms, our cancellation policy is 4 weeks in advance.

Of Importance To Our Guests:

  • The earliest check-in time is 3 PM, check-out time is 11 AM. Special arrangements will be considered upon request.
  • 24-hour check-in available.
  • This is a non-smoking environment.
  • Guest Pickup Available.
  • No pets please.
  • 24-hour access for registered guests.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation must be received a minimum of  1 week in advance to ensure return of deposit for rentals of 1-2 bedroom units.

Notice of cancellation must be received a minimum of 3 weeks in advance to ensure return of deposit for rentals of 3-4 bedroom units.

You will be billed 100% of the total booking amount if a cancellation is
received less than seven days in advance of your booked arrival date.
