Regular Rate:

All rates are based on double occupancy.

Extra $25 per night for each additional person.

Deposit Policy

All reservations must be secured with a credit card number or a deposit. This deposit should be one half (1/2) the expected total billing and should be received 15 days following your room request.

We reserve the right to cancel any reservations with invalid credit card information. Please make sure we have your most current credit card information.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation must be received at least 4 days in advance to ensure return of deposit.
You will be billed 50% of the total booking amount if a cancellation is received 2-4 days in advance of your booked arrival date.

You will be billed 100% of the total booking amount if a
cancellation is received less than 48 hours in advance.

Note: If there is a group reservation for 3 to 4 rooms, our cancellation policy is 4 weeks in advance.

Of Importance To Our Guests:

  • The earliest check-in time is 3 PM, check-out time is 11 AM. Special arrangements will be considered upon request.
  • 24-hour check-in available.
  • This is a non-smoking environment.
  • Guest Pickup Available.
  • No pets please.
  • 24-hour access for registered guests.

1 Bedroom Unit – Max. 2 people $175/night
2 Bedroom Unit – Max. 4 People $220/night
3 Bedroom Unit – Max. 7 people $380/night
4 Bedroom Unit – Max 9 people $450/night

Summer Rate:

1 Bedroom Unit – Max. 2 people $250/night
2 Bedroom Unit – Max. 4 People $310/night
3 Bedroom Unit – Max. 7 people $545/night
4 Bedroom Unit – Max 9 people $620/night

Vacation Rental Deposit Policy
