We were pleasantly surprised to find our two bedroom unit was actually an apartment on Strickland St. and fully furnished, even with front loading washer and dryer! The proprietor intends to keep the place nice and clean and requests you take off your shoes at the door – bring your slippers! His attention to detail shows in the furnishings and the breakfast supplies in the refrigerator (you fix your own breakfast). Parking was convenient to our unit. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
My daughter and I rented a room on the top floor. The entire B+B was very clean. The owner was kind and always offered help and useful tips.Breakfast was self-served with variety of food for everybody’s taste. Usage of kitchen, coffee and tea were free all day long together with laundry facility.Our stay was pleasant and relaxing. The owner even provided us with the cab service to the airport when we were leaving. Warmly refer this establishment for staying in Whitehorse.
Three of us stayed in this two bedroom two bath unit that includes a full kitchen with full-size refrigerator and everything you need to make meals for four people. It has a very large flatscreen TV and a dining table to serve 4 people. There is a washer and dryer not stacked in the kitchen and all the furnishings are new. The unit even has a new building aroma to it.
Wonderful place to stay in Whitehorse! The house is on a quiet street near downtown. It is a great central location close to everything, and walking distance to attractions/shops/café and restaurants. The Inn is great with clean rooms which is most important thing for us. We are so impressed by how clean it is and how comfy about the bed. The bed is super comfy and linens and towels are very high quality.
Exceptionally clean – the white towels are WHITE, the kitchen is clean, etc. Each floor seems to have it’s own gathering area with a table, chairs, fridge and even a stove. Breakfast is make your own – the main floor fridge is stocked with eggs, butter, breads, etc. and there are cereals and such on the counter
We frequently visit Whitehorse, Yukon on business. We have stayed at several B&Bs,
Motels and Airbnb places. We decided to try the Midnight Sun B&B this trip and we now have a new place to stay. Very convenient to all the valley and in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking is a plus in Whitehorse and they offer that.
Better than staying in
hotel for a big group
We had a vacation at Whitehorse recently and was recommended this B&B by a friend who stay here the year before. Our group has 18 people from 4 families.
Owner is a pair of young couple. Very nice people and provide great service. You feel welcome. Property has 9 rooms on 3 levels.
Great townhouse! Perfect location, safe and quiet. Loved the bedroom/ bathroom setup and appreciated having laundry in the unit though it was a bit of a hassle with the coin op. Wish there might have been a honour change tin so I didn’t have to go out to get loonies! Other than that a lovely stay! Thanks for hosting us!
Anson was a great host and willing to help in any way he can. His locations are very central and easy to get where you need by walking. His units are all very clean and modern making it feel like home.
